1. How do I install the theme/plugin?
There are two ways to install:
Via WordPress Dashboard:
- Go to Appearance › Themes (for themes) or Plugins › Add New (for plugins).
- Click Upload and choose the ZIP file downloaded from Pluginthemes.pk.
- Click Install Now and then Activate.
Via FTP:
- Extract the ZIP file on your computer.
- Using FTP, upload the folder to:
/wp-content/themes/for themes/wp-content/plugins/for plugins
- Activate it from the WordPress dashboard.
Tip: Always backup your site before installing a new theme/plugin.
2. Do I get automatic updates?
- GPL Version: Automatic updates are not included. You must manually update the theme/plugin by downloading the latest version from Pluginthemes.pk.
- Original Licensed Version: Automatic updates are available. Once purchased, you can enable updates via license activation in your dashboard.
Note: For GPL users, create an account on Pluginthemes.pk to receive manual updates for free whenever a new version is released.
3. How do I activate the license key?
- Go to [Menu] › License Activation in your WordPress dashboard.
- Enter the license key provided in your purchase email.
- Click Activate.
- License activation is required for automatic updates and premium support.
4. How do I import demo content?
- Navigate to [Menu] › Demo Importer.
- Choose a demo layout that fits your needs.
- Click Import Demo and wait for the process to finish.
After importing, review all pages and settings to customize them for your site.
5. How do I customize colors, fonts, and layouts?
- Go to Appearance › Customize for theme options.
- Adjust settings such as:
- Primary & secondary colors
- Fonts and typography
- Header and footer layout
- Sidebar and widgets
For plugins with shortcodes or elements, refer to Settings › [Plugin Name] for detailed customization.
6. Why is my site layout broken after activating the theme?
- Clear your browser cache and WordPress cache plugin cache.
- Ensure required plugins are installed and activated (check the theme/plugin documentation for recommended plugins).
- If using page builders, ensure pages are assigned the correct template.
7. How do I get support?

8. Can I use this theme/plugin on multiple websites?

- Original License: You can use it according to the license terms (single site or multi-site, depending on your purchase).
9. What if I face plugin/theme conflicts?
- Disable all other plugins and switch to a default WordPress theme temporarily to check if the issue persists.
- Re-enable plugins one by one to identify conflicts.
- Reach out to support with detailed information if the conflict persists.
10. How can I request new features?
- Visit our Feature Request Form on Pluginthemes.pk or contact support.
- Include the feature description and use case; our team reviews suggestions regularly for future updates.
11. Do I get a refund if I don’t like the theme/plugin?
- Pluginthemes.pk offers refunds only under specific conditions, such as duplicate purchases or non-delivery of product.
- Digital products cannot usually be refunded once downloaded. Refer to the Refund Policy page for complete details.
