Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at PluginThemes.pk, a project by Anova Web Solutions Pvt Ltd.
Since we sell digital products (WordPress plugins, themes, and digital assets), our refund policy differs from those of physical goods. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Product Nature
All products sold on PluginThemes.pk are non-tangible digital goods that are downloaded electronically.
Once a product is downloaded or accessed, it cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense.
Because of this, we do not offer refunds or exchanges except in specific cases mentioned below.
2. Eligibility for a Refund
You may be eligible for a refund only if:
The file you downloaded is corrupted or cannot be installed, and our support team is unable to fix the issue.
The product is not as described on the product page (must be verified by our team).
You made duplicate payments for the same product.
If your situation fits any of the above, please contact us within 3 days of purchase at support@pluginthemes.pk with your order details and a brief explanation.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
You changed your mind after purchase.
The product is incompatible with your website, theme, or hosting setup.
You expected a feature not mentioned in the product description.
You no longer need or use the product.
The product was downloaded or accessed successfully.
Lack of knowledge on how to install or use the product (support is available for help).
4. Support & Resolution Process
Before approving any refund, our team will:
Verify the purchase.
Test the issue you reported.
Attempt to resolve the problem (e.g., by providing a new download link or alternate version).
If the problem cannot be resolved within 3 business days, a refund will be processed using your original payment method.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
Email us at support@pluginthemes.pk.
Include your Order ID, email address, and a clear description of the issue.
Attach screenshots or error logs (if applicable).
Our support team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.
6. Duplicate or Failed Transactions
If you were charged twice for the same purchase or faced a failed transaction, contact us immediately.
After verifying the payment records, we’ll issue a full refund for the duplicate or failed charge.
7. No Physical Returns
Since our products are delivered electronically, we do not accept any physical returns or exchanges.
8. Policy Updates
PluginThemes.pk reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Returns Policy at any time.
Changes will take effect immediately upon being published on this page.
